I’m running again since about 2 weeks, motivation is back !

July – August, timetrial training Innsbruck and Toscany, yesssssss !

I´m out of motivation after 7 months of consecutive daily training, i´ll take a break.

8th of January, 10 degrees Celsius todays. I wore Nike Free, shorts and a shirt. Felt like 15 degree.

Borat would say: “Vaaarrrrrrrrry niiicccee”

and sunglasses of course ..

This evening, i´ll post my TP for Biel. Every single day in the next half year …
